She understands how to deal with demanding clients like me. Ronny and her team did everything asked and was able to completely furnish and decorate my penthouse (including, custom closets, shower doors, linens, bedding, kitchenware, etc.--I started with a completely blank slate) in less than 60 days during the worst supply chain disruption since WWII. She worked tirelessly on my behalf. She always was available and delivered exceptional quality and value despite my demanding requirements. If you want a really beautiful home (I am still amazed everyday as I walk around my place after she was done) and someone to provide turnkey 24/7 service, BMI is my recommendation.
